Great Article About Preserving The Harvest!
I came across this great article today about using fermentation as a way to preserve the summer's bounty. There is even a recipe for cucumber kimchi, which I NEED to try- it sounds fantastic! I am going to take a good amount of this year's surplus and make some delicious probiotic fermented veggies. Wish me luck!
